Three60 is working alongside a longstanding client looking to hire a T&D manager for their growing team. The role will be to work with the managers of the business in order to have a significant impact on the way their staff are grown.
Our client is a recruitment business so ideally you will have been or are still a recruiter and looking for a step into something a little different. You will put together a comprehensive programme of development and training for all staff from entry level/trainee through to directors to ensure that everyone is involved and has a clear aim of what their development programme is. You must be able to engage the team and bring out what they are looking for and to be able to analyse strengths and weakness in individuals in order to help them.
The role itself could grow into more of an operations manager role as you get more and more involved in the business so there will be development for you as well. The company we represent has a great set-up in place and every resource will be afforded to you to hlep you become successful. Our client is looking for dynamic, enterprising people with real energy along with ther own track record of success in the recruitment world.
