My client is a market-leading global recruiter with offices across the UK. As part of their ongoing growth strategy, the Birmingham team is now seeking a number of trainee consultants. The successful applicants must possess a strong degree, combined with a great work ethic, ambition and first class interpersonal skills. Experience of sales/working to targets in part-time roles whilst studying etc, would be helpful although is not essential.
Your role will involve sourcing and approaching candidates, primarily via telephone, assessing their suitability for client requirements, using databases, job boards and social media to identify professional candidates, developing a strong grasp of your clients' market and environment. You must be a genuine people person, with strong ability to develop and build lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.
First class training is given to all junior consultants, with a dedicated academy and both internal and external recruitment experts, plus ongoing mentoring from experienced senior consultants - you will be learning from industry-recognised experts.
