Three60 is working with a longstanding client to hire a regional business development manager to create further recruitment business for this successful agency. Our client has an outstanding reputation in its market and has national coverage, your role would be to open new doors as well as further strengthen existing relationships.
The role will be to cover the central region of the UK so will involve fairly extensive travel for doing business face to face. You will work within an established client base and work towards extending that base as well as creating new opportunities by cross-selling other services. The role is pure BD so you will hand over any work won to an established team of experienced recruiters who will back you up 100%.
Your background will ideally be within recruitment sales and you will have an impressive track record of winning new business within the industry. You will be adept at using a range of sales approaches to win your business and any involvement in bids or tenders will also be useful but you will have specialists in the business who will ultimately manage any tenders.
