On the back of a very successful 2015, they are looking to recruit one more consultant this year to get bedded in for a 2016 launch. The company concerned work with a lot of big names in engineering and manufacturing and work at all levels across a wide range of disciplines.
They are looking for a recruiter with 1-3 years experience to land on a semi-developed patch in order to grow their business further. You will be working with some of the most experienced and highly regarded recruiters in the Midlands from whom you can learn and develop yourself and maximise your earning potential. Culturally, its a grown-up environment with very little in the way of KPI's or reporting activity for the sake of it. Instead you will work a plan and tap into the resources and infrastructure available at this well organised company.
