Three60 Recruitment are working closely with a well known agency based in Buckinghamshire, who due to success and workflow, seek experienced recruiters to join their small team.
Well known in the area, our client works with several of the local companies- meaning there are warm desks ready to take over and accounts to manage immediately.
The purpose of this role is to develop these accounts and maximise business internally. There will also be some business development, targeting SME's in the surrounding areas.
You'll be responsible for
- candidate generation
- coordinating interviews
- managing client accounts
- raising brand awareness
- posting adverts via job boards and social media
- business development
Essential experience and attributes;
- 12 month's minimum experience within a recruitment agency in either account management or as a consultant
- Professional and strength of character
- Team orientated
- Eye for detail and coordination
- Fast paced with quality
