Specialising in a variety of different sectors, you can select the sector which is the one for you – IT, Commercial and Construction! They have a portfolio ready for their new consultant to take on and develop as appropriate (which should be easy as you have the backing of a well-known brand). The agency has over 50 years’ recruitment experience so there is a wealth of knowledge for you to develop and learn from and become an expert in your chosen sector! They are looking to pay a negotiable salary with up to 30% commission on everything that is billed plus additional benefits!
To be considered for the role you must have:
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience in recruitment
- Experience with either permanent or contract recruitment
- Driven and motivated
- Good at building with candidates and clients
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to spot business development opportunities
