One of my Birmingham based clients are currently looking to add to their head count within the office

They have a opportunity for a healthcare recruiter to run a temps desk working along side the NHS.

To be successful in recruitment you will have strong communication skills, the ability to build and manage strong professional relationships with clients and candidates. You will need to show resilience and determination to ensure you offer clients and candidates a professional service.

You will need to have:

6 months recruitment experience in a like minded recruitment sector running a temp desk.

- Degree level (minimum 2.2)
- Driven by financial rewards
- Self-motivated
- Team player
