This high-profile organisation now seeks two additional resourcers to join a busy internal recruitment team, concentrating on direct talent attraction and candidate pipelining/talent pooling.
Sourcing high quality candidates for a multi-disciplinary professional workforce, you will employ the full range of recruitment methodologies to include social media campaigns, university careers fairs, job boards and databases, plus networking and recommendations.
You will possess strong research skills, alongside a friendly, professional manner to engage, build and maintain strong candidate relationships. You will also be responsible for arranging and supporting large scale recruitment campaigns, to include assessment centres.
The successful candidate will be a graduate (or equivalent level), have previous experience within recruitment (agency or in-house), be an effective multi-tasker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
