A very successful Independent IT recruitment consultancy have an opportunity for a new recruitment consultant to run a perm or contract desk.
My client currently has 5 consultants in the office and are looking to add to the team due to development and success.
This will be an excellent opportunity for a career hungry individual who wants a successful career within IT recruitment.
To be successful in this position you need to have strong communication skills, the ability to build and manage strong professional relationships with clients and candidates. You will need to show resilience and determination to ensure you offer clients and candidates a professional service.
Candidates with the following will viewed as a preference:
6 months recruitment experience running a technical recruitment desk.
