As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be working closely with the team to identify new opportunities in the verticals they cover – if you find a vertical that you are particularly interested in and feel it will be a profitable business venture, the team are very supportive of anyone that is particularly business savvy! You will be working with the team to conduct a 360 recruitment role, liaising with Clients, developing client relationships and meeting their recruitment needs. The consultant in the team have years’ of recruitment experience and are always happy to advise and support people that need it – offering advice and experience with a number of different of situations! The team are keen to expand and bring a Recruitment Consultant on board to join them and continue their success story!
In order to be considered for the role, you should hold the following;
- Experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally in the Engineering industry but not a necessity
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Tenacious and ambitious personality
- Strong relationship building skills
- Career driven
- Interest or knowledge in the engineering industry
