The consultant's key duties in brief
- Recruiting for office support, administration, customer service, secretarial and other more niche roles
- Resourcing, screening and headhunting candidates
- Making sales calls to local organisations to develop new business
- Maintaining an excellent relationship with existing clients
- Working to targets and KPIs
The successful applicant
- 12 months minimum experience as a recruitment consultant in a commercial agency
- Team orientated
- Hard-working and forward thinking
- Good eye for business opportunity
