Working on a contract desk with an established client base, the successful candidate will have a warm start and the responsibility of account managing a very large key client.
- Ensuring margin growth across the account by increase contractor headcount Managing existing contractor relationships
- Regular client and contractor meetings, for face to face vacancy qualifications, interview preparations, and relationship management
- Attending Networking events to further cement the brand's presence across the account, and strengthen existing relationships
- Providing contractor solutions to a number of existing private consultancy clients in a 360 consultant capacity
